Constantin Dashkin
C.E.O and Executive Director
Has been in shipping business for the better part of a decade, primarily operations and operational support of chartering, scheduling and dispatch of fleet including freight preparation and invoicing, fuel purchasing and vessel services. The primary scope business has been dry-bulk vessels and transportation of grains, fertilizers, coal. During his time in shipping, he has gained vast amount of contacts and industry influence which lead him to the head of trading for a larg international trade company out of Turkey.
Kayed Ibrahim Kamel Hadad
Director of local Relationship and Gold Trading
A UAE National who graduated from Boston University in Gas Turbine Engineering, majored in power diagnostics. Kayed then joined Dubai Cable Company (Ducab) as export director. After his 10 years of outstanding experience and record breaking performance at Ducab, he stepped into the world of entrepreneurship and set up his own business dealing in heavy machinery’s spare parts. Along side his private business, he worked as the CEO of CalGulf General Trading, an establishment dated to 1972. During which he setup a civil contracting company (Speedwall Middle East) whom he was the soul proprietor.

Office and Operation Manager
With over 20 years of experience in office management and executive leadership, Emillio has a proven track record of success in overseeing operations, particularly in commodities and international trade sectors. Beginning his career in construction management, managing high-profile projects such as Safeco Field, Quest Field, and Microsoft’s $1 billion expansion plan. Transitioning to the role of Chief Operations Officer in 2000, Emillio excelled in steering multiple international trade companies and organizations to success. As the General Manager of the London office, Emillio demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, driving growth and profitability in a dynamic and competitive global market landscape.

Franco is a Chemical Engineer specializing in diesel production, boasts profound knowledge of industrial processes and renewable energies. Additionally, he holds a title as an Agricultural Production Technician. Recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership in the construction and ceramics sectors, Franco is the founder of a real estate company and proprietor of a brick factory. His career trajectory encompasses ceramic manufacturing to overseeing large-scale construction projects.

Fernando is also a pioneer in agricultural enterprises in Argentina and neighboring countries.

Gabriel brings extensive experience in agricultural trading and export across Latin America. Specializing in origination and commercialization, Gabriel excels in procuring and developing feasible structures for the export of agro products. Previously, as Director of Agriferti Argentina Branch, he led the expansion of agro commodities operations in the region, combining expertise in both agro and metal commodities. With a background in independent trading and consulting, Gabriel has a proven track record in sourcing reliable agricultural products and executing export operations. His diverse background as the son of a career diplomat has enriched his understanding of various cultures and markets, enhancing his effectiveness in the global agricultural trade.
